Simeri Crichi hotel, Italy

The client’s request for this project was to refurbish all of the internal units of the resort. Build in Calabria, Southern Italy, the original design was full of character and style, therefore the refurbishment held very particular challenges. The client required the creation of a contemporary style for the internal rooms without compromising the resorts regional charms. Our choice in terms of the design were to select internal finishes that were both stylish and modern, but also evoking a certain homely and cosy feel. The use of the colours played an important role in the design together with the selection of furniture, which had a simple yet sleek design. The external swimming pool was also upgraded with the renewal of all services and finishes.
